Fascial Release and Postural Rebalancing from Head to Toe

This three day course takes an in depth view of the role of fascia as the tensional network of the human body. An anatomical review of the four primary layers of fascia and their assessment and treatment will be presented. Extensive hands-on lab time will be spent in diagnosing and treating fascial dysfunction starting from the feet and lower extremities and working up through the pelvis and spine to the head. A novel postural loading assessment tool will be presented to assist the student in determining the primary area of fascial restraint/dysfunction in the body. The course will finish with the student learning how to restore postural balance to maintain the gains made with fascial release treatment.
